location is good.easy acessesble for busstop, taxi, shopping. staffs are friendly sibin, other two people.. sorry i forgot the names.... one girl wearing hijab and african guy wearing specs all three are good. room cleaning filiphino woman and african guy are so polite and good. sorry i forgot the names.

I like overall in the hotel, from the reception upon check in it's fast and they welcome us with a smile and that's one thing is important to front office. Kudos! To Mr. Pankaj we got upgraded and help us to grant our humble request because our flight got delay, and also to Housekeeping Team, Ms. Corazon the Housekeeping Supervisor who did a good job preparing our room on high level of service. The room was neat and clean, good smell and properly arrange. I can say wow! The breakfast is good as well. Highly recommend this hotel and the team is very much appreciated! Thank you 😊

Awesome hotel staff, especially Khadija was so patient with my numerous questions and reassured that I will have a late check out on my arrival. I had a special case where I arrived with my family at around 7AM and needed to stay till 6PM and everything went smoothly. She was very kind and helpful. Only becasue of such persons you want to come back to the same hotel to get the same level of care.

Room 603: Good AC, comfortable bed, good sound insulation, no noise from outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice , bright breakfast room and good breakfast with a great choice. The room service for food was good. Near restaurants and shops. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Central Market from where the Hop on Bus tour starts.

I stayed at this hotel shot time and had a wonderful experience! Everything was clean, cozy, and peaceful. But what truly made my stay special was Ahmed at the reception. He speaks both Russian and English fluently, is always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Thanks to his support and kindness, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Huge thanks to Ahmed — people like him make all the difference!

Check-in was fast. Staff was very polite. Room was comfy with 2 bottles of water. Nice and clean bathroom.

A really nice hotel in the city centre (I am sorry, other neighboorhoods, but Al Majaz is a top!). Very helpful and nice stuff. The room was very clean and equiepped with everything you need for a comfort stay. I even had an iron in my room. I recommend to get a breakfast - it doesnt cost much, but its really good and offers a variety of options to choose from
